To book a party by telephone, please text us at (479) 225-6804.  To book a party online, please scroll to the bottom of this page and click the ‘book a party’ button.  The batting cage is available as a party add-on!  

 

Once you’ve booked your party, there are only a few things left to do.  First, we will send you a party questionnaire.  Please fill it out and return it asap, so that we have time to customize your party.  Additionally, there is a link to our party waiver on our website.  You’ll find it at the bottom of the ‘book a party’ page. This waiver must be signed by the parent or guardian of any children attending your party.  You can email them to us before your party or turn in hard copies on the party date.  Any method is fine, so long as we receive them prior to the start of the party.  Last, an e-payment link will be sent some time during the week leading up to your party. You may pay via the e-payment link, or if you prefer, we also accept cash, credit card or Venmo (@DiamondACheer).  Please make your final payment anytime before your party.  That’s it!
